Can I do my project in stages?
Absolutely! We understand that families and organizations grow and change over time. Therefore, we're happy to work with you to develop a multi-stage plan from the beginning; or if you currently have a play area, to help your further develop that area in your next stage of growth.
When can I expect to have my play equipment once I order?
Each project is unique. Factors such as commercial or residential, customization, your location and the season, can adjust the timing. Contact our team to further discuss the scope of your project.
Do you install?
Yes! For residential playsets and basketball goals, we are happy to offer full installation or you are welcome to install
on your own. For commercial projects, we offer full or supervised installation by our nationally certified installers.
We do not install trampolines.
Pricing - what do I need to consider?
Typical factors to consider: playset equipment, delivery, sales tax, installation, ground prep, and surfacing if required.
Do you offer financing?

What types of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept personal and business checks, cash and all major credit cards except American Express.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our products with some of the best warranties in the industry. We work hard
to make sure we use only high quality materials, and that your project is installed correctly.
Do I need safety surfacing?
For residential projects, surfacing is a personal preference, and we are happy to assist you with various
options such as: certified wood fiber, certified playground rubber nuggets, and synthetic turf. For commercial
and public use playgrounds, surfacing is required! There are various factors related to spacing, type of
material, and depth that will need to be discussed.
When do I need to put surfacing in?
Without exception, this should be done AFTER the playset has been installed.
Can you move my existing play area?
Whether it's across the street, or to another state, we can help you!
Can you maintain my play area?
We certainly can! Our nationally certified playground team can partner with you to maintain your play
area and keep it safe for the ones you care about. We offer residential and commercial safety inspections,
re-staining, and moving. Contact us for more information.
